Those 2 items on the Support Dashboard are just warnings, not errors. You can leave it and the log table will purge automatically as it gets past your 30 day setting. The InnoDB table engine is not required but it can help in performance if your server supports it. As you are stable just now, it may be good to monitor for a bit before making any further changes.
