Can't login in Admin CP and Front End

Hello,

 

Some users have problem in login on Front End. I go to Admin CP and on Friendly URLs (i already have the three option enable) click on Save and lost the access to Admin CP. Now when I login give me this error:

 

"Unable to access this siteThe web page at https://****/?app=core&module=system&controller=login&ref= may be temporarily down or may have been permanently moved to a new web address.
ERR_FAILED"

 

Anyone can help me to recovery access?

The hosting server update to PHP 8.0 and 8.1 and give this error:

It will disable all your 3rd-party stuff then you’re back.

It is indeed. If you go to the support page on your admin CP, it will show you what that hook number is attached to if you click on the button provided for this
