dev mode error

Hello, I have this invision forum, version 4.7.4 and downloaded and install the dev tools for IPB version 4.7.4

However I got this error

I disable all plugins and applications, and change to default theme, still the problem exists.

You would need to update your site to the latest release, and use the latest dev tools to see if you are still having this issue first of all.
