Hello, hoping someone can shed some light on this error while updating from version 3 to 4

Upgrade from Version 3.1.4 to current Version.

PHP 8.0/MYSQL8.0

Windows 2022/IIS install

Unfortunately, we no longer provide support for 3.4, including upgrades. If you take a look at the following location, there are providers who do provide this as a service, which you can find here

It is also worth noting here, we do not support the software running on IIS.
