Claudine Aherne Posted October 31, 2022 Posted October 31, 2022 Hey guys, We've been having this issue for a few weeks now: a member changes her display name (or admins do it from the ACP), then reverses to her email after a few hours. We're not sure if this reverts when she logs back into the forum or after a certain period, but there's no activity indicating so. What might be going on for this particular member (it only happens to her)? Solution Jim M Posted October 31, 2022 Solution Posted October 31, 2022 As you are using an SSO, you would need to work with the author of your SSO to resolve this issue. As once a display name is changed, there is nothing natively in our software to change that again, other than the same process so something is happening in either your SSO or a third party add-on.
