Unable to upgrade to the latest version

Hello!I have an Invision 4.4 community and I am trying to upgrade to 4.7.2.1, but at the latest step, 'Upgrade', I am getting error 1264,

'Out of range value for column 'announce_end' at row 8
/home/mysite.com/public_html/forums/applications//setup/upg_/queries.json - query #4'

What am I supposed to do?

I mention I have made all the needed changes in the database.
