Hello! I am trying to install (BIM) Topic Thumbnail, through the Marketplace in my admin panel. However, each time I am trying to install it, I get this error 'There was an error installing this resource, please submit a support ticket for further assistance' (print screen attached) .

Hello! After upgrading the forums to v4.7.2.1, it has been reported that members cannot register, as they get a blank page with a 500 error (screenshot attached). The rest of the forum pages work normally.

The core software was uploaded just days ago and installed by your tech team, because there were some issues and I wasn't able to upgrade it myself. Now, when I check the Badges in the ACP, they are working starting from core_badges_13. The first 12 don't work and I don't know why, cause all the files in the software package were uploaded. (Pic attached). Also, all the files seem to be uploaded as they are in the original soft package.

I have but also have just upgraded to the latest version, at the end of September. I see that the badges appear to have this url: https://www.mysite.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2022_09/OneHundredReactionsReceived.svg The new forum version should include those images? Or where can I take them from to upload them in that folder?

Hello!I have an Invision 4.4 community and I am trying to upgrade to 4.7.2.1, but at the latest step, 'Upgrade', I am getting error 1264, 'Out of range value for column 'announce_end' at row 8 /home/mysite.com/public_html/forums/applications//setup/upg_/queries.json - query #4' What am I supposed to do? I mention I have made all the needed changes in the database.
