Mark H Posted September 21, 2022 Posted September 21, 2022 That usually happens when a custom Theme is being used, but the Theme is not compatible with the software version you are using. As a first step, please change the front end to use an unedited Theme. (You can create one on the ACP -> Themes page by clicking the green "+Create New" button.) Then login on the front end and make sure you are seeing the unedited Theme. Open the reply box. Does it work now? If so, you'd need to get an updated Theme. But if it still has the same issue, please reply here to let us know and we can investigate.
