Carole Asselin Posted August 26, 2022 Posted August 26, 2022 I am allergic to CSS, but I would also like to be able to tweak a few details (like align the navigation menu to the right instead of the left, and such). Is there any general guide to CSS that I could use? I can usually understand code that is given and tweak as needed, but I am not sure where to start with this.
opentype Posted August 26, 2022 Posted August 26, 2022 In the Guides section. Scroll down to “CSS Framework” https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/welcome/about-invision-community-r7/

opentype Posted August 26, 2022 Posted August 26, 2022 You would have to override the “float” of the menu items, which are <li> elements. However setting them float:right would also reverse the order of the menu. Not a good idea. There is also JavaScript acting on the menu, which can mess things up. I wouldn’t do these kind of “tweaks” unless it serves a clear need and you are absolutely sure you know what you are doing.
Carole Asselin Posted August 26, 2022 Author Posted August 26, 2022 Hum... I am not that sure, but I wanted to emulate my existing website navigation so it would not be so different for my current visitors/members. I guess I know just enough to be dangerous 😞
