Tell me what can be and how to fix it, namely, I write to technical support from the site, it redirects me immediately to the windows mail area, and if you send a letter, then after a while you receive a notification that the letter has not been received from technical support. it was not sent through the site, but earlier a window for writing a letter on the site popped up, now it does not pop up, my license is still active and has not expired SeNioR- 1
Marc Posted July 7, 2022 Posted July 7, 2022 That is correct. Support changed quite some time ago to being done via the community. So you would post here as you just have done for support. We can of course create tickets on your behalf for escalation, access your details if needed etc. SeNioR- 1
