Dangerous PHP Funtions

It says I need to disable php functions but they are already disabled but the php notification keeps coming back.

If the notification returns once you have dismissed it, then those functions are able to be run. You would need to contact your hosting company to resolve this issue

If the functions are actually disabled, you may need to restart Apache for the change to be picked up.  If you edit the PHP.ini file for example, it won't pick up the change until it's restarted.

Also check you dont have a php.ini file somewhere which is overriding whatever you have set in the main ini file
