Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
MisterQuestions Posted March 19, 2022 Posted March 19, 2022 Hey, I'm having the following issue with my community: [[Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] I can't access admincp or anything, how can I fix this?
Randy Calvert Posted March 19, 2022 Posted March 19, 2022 If you cannot login the the Admin CP, you can try enabling Recovery Mode... (Look at the bottom of the page for info on recovery mode) Once you can access the ACP, try using the Support section and then rebuilding the system cache.
Marc Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

Marc Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 You need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area. The issue there is that you appear to be missing files
