A great new feature suggestion, just like the pepper.com sites.
When a new member posts a topic there is automatic message on the last post that says to all other members:

Deal posting newbie! This is membername's first offer. Help him or her by leaving feedback or handing out a compliment.

Can this be added? 🙂
