Paid: Custom theme

Hi all,

We have a new design for a website and would like this to be made a theme. We had a designer, only he had covid and is out of the run at the moment.

We tried to contact multiple developers on IPS page https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/ . But didn't got a lot of reactions. So is somebody here available to make a custom theme in the next 2 weeks?

Of course it is paid. I would like to send the design by personal message for further explanation.
