4.6.7: Missing language string new badge e-mail notification

Hi,

Possible small bug in 4.6.7.

I just received a "Hey! You just earned a new badge!" e-mail where the language string is missing for the name of the badge.

Hey! You just earned the '%s' badge!

This has been fixed in 4.6.8 as the badge emails are actually improved as a whole
