Disable cache output for guests entirely

I do not want the page to be cached. I have disabled cache output for guests and try to customize Guest Signup Widget. I do not see any changes unless I clear system cache? Why? How do I disable the cache entirely during setup and customizing?

Have you also change the block cache? This would be subject to block cache as well

Note you cannot switch that off completely. Only reduce it to a minimum

How do I disable block cache? I cannot find anything related to block cache using "block" or "cache" in ACP live search.

Its in System>Settings>Advanced Configuration at the bottom

Found, thanks. (Suggestion: add it to ACP live search, please). However, I have to set it at minimum 1 minute. I would like to disable it entirely, so that I can customize Signup Widget without clearing cache again and again. Possible?

That isn't something that is possible at present unfortunately. I have added a bug internally for the keywords missing
