Issue -> Upgrading to 4.6.7 - System Check > File check

I came across this issue when I try to upgrade to 4.6.7

if you are sure the files have been uploaded correctly, make sure the permissions are set correctly on them.
.../applications/core/extensions/core/Notifications/Content.php

This would indicate that for some reason that file has not been unpacked correctly. Please reupload this file from a fresh download, then try again at /admin/upgrade
