Settings for user restrictions are missing

Hello,

I don't see the settings to moderate new content or block it for users unlimited oder for a limited time anymore.

Where are these settings?

In order for the warnings and restrictions section to show in that area you must enable the warning system. At present this appears to be disabled on yours
