How to show user rank in user menu ?

i have the latest version of IPS forum but when i click on my user menu i dont see the information about rank as here! is there any option to activate ?

That is something that shows when you have achieved a rank in your set achievements. Please see the following guides on these.

 

Note, when you first upgrade, you will have background tasks which are recounting these, so they will not show until those tasks are complete

Thank you, yes i upgraded recently and all backgrounds tasks are done, but still dont see this area on my website, but for other membres it work.
