post/posts should be defined in the strings, not in the code.

regarding the alignment I don't understand what you're reffering to, but if you obtain what I see in your picture, it means you've not done exactly what is described in my instructions. You need to make special care about the tags in the code <.../> or you can obtain some hazardous inconsistencies...
