Mirror usergroup

is there a way to create an usergroup that completely mirrors another group,

i know we can copy an usergroup, but afterward, any group based config change means i have additional group to handle (easy human error prompt)

and there are lot of group base permissions

goal here is to create "for show" usergroup, if there are other way to achieve that beside usergroup let me know

yes but that only mirrors at the time of creation, future change or add of permission are done separated
