Flag as Spammer Delete all users PMs?

Is there no way to delete all PMs sent by a user? I am sure this feature used to exist?

We're constantly getting spammers (who may have hidden with an account for years) go on a PM spamming spree.

Flagging them as a Spammer doesn't remove their sent PMs, and I see no other way to delete all PMs by the user?
