How do I edit the Admin login page CSS

The custom css file doesn't gets loaded when using the admin login page.

Is there a method or css file location where I can add css data for the admin login page that doesn't get delete each tie ips deletes it cache?

Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to customise this. The best you can hope for currently is to use this free plugin:

Thats what I wanted, dark mode with my logo.

Now need to wait until the plugin is 4.6 computable.
