Way to change how many "Most Downloaded" files are listed

It'd be nice to be able to customize the number of files in the "Most Downloaded", "Best Rated", etc. lists.

It'd discourage people from constantly trying to rig their way onto the (fairly short) list, and I think our customers would be interested in scrolling a bit further as well.
