Error in Joomla to Pages conversion

I have contacted support to resolve this issue, but they are taking time, it is understandable on these Christmas dates 🤶

I need to solve it, and I ask here if someone can help me.
Using the IPS converter to convert content from Joomla to Pages I get this error.

IPS: 4.5.5
Joomla: 3.9.23.

You're missing an automatically created database column used to track parent associations. I'm not sure how that would have happened unless you uninstalled and reinstalled Pages after starting the conversion. We can help you resolve the issue through the support desk, however.
