Topic checklist

I would like use the topic system to handle ideas groups discussion as team work and collaboration space, please add checklist feature as other tab, each checklist item can @ specific members, then only these members with permission to check it.

With Tha checklist feature, while we are develop the discussion thread, at the same time adding checklist items where @ members mentioned can check-in the items.
