Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Anna Macleod Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 I've noticed for at least a week I've had an issue with the banner not showing and icons on my forum are showing as squares I thought it was theme issue but it happens on the default theme too does any one know what could be causing this
CoffeeCake Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 Try going to ACP > Support > Something isn't working correctly. This will clear cache and rebuild those image links. Then see if the issue is still happening.

CoffeeCake Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 You probably want to open a support request then. That typically fixes things for most issues like this.

I have the same issue after updating with both default theme as other themes. Thank you in advance! Rob

Rob There is also an issue with the default icons in that you have to have SSL/https: working at least with 4.5.x. Edited October 4, 2020 by clearvision
