Exclude "Member Status Updates & Comments" In Search

Any way to exclude Member status updates in the search?

And member comments under posts?

 

It reaaaaaally pollutes the search results, and drowns the database posts 😞

If you mean Activity Streams, you can choose to display only content items (that will avoid comments) and you can also choose type, thus exclude Status Update.

If you really mean the search itself, that’s not possible, IIRC.
