Rebuilding image proxy data for status updates

Upgraded last night.  Background processes have been running for over 12 hours.  Still not done.  Is something stuck?

I do have 30 or so GBs of images.

Tried to run manually, got this:

Thank you, I submitted a ticket this morning, it was escalated.
