how do I limit specific product category

Hi,
how do I limit specific product category to specific member groups only.. I do see option in the product itself to show to the groups of my choice..
but I'd like to show the product category/product to everyone  but only allow a specific member group to buy it.

That’s not possible with the stock settings.
