What I hope is a simple plugin. 

Set maximum number of records/posts etc that a group member can create. This needs to be configurable in acp at database and forums levels.

Use case.

Create forum called CVs.

Allow user to create maximum of one (N) post in the CVs forum.

Set whether user can continue to edit that post ad infinitum.

This needs to work across all post/record types and be compatible with 4.5. Dev must be able to demonstrate very good track record developing apps and plugins for Invision Community.

Still looking for this, although would be happy to limit this to something that was capable of limiting Page->Category posts to  to 1 (n) per member.
