Received the following message. How would I correct this?  This occured after I performed a Windows Server update. I have no idea how to repair this. And now, this is what my forum looks like.

Warning MySQL

InnoDB: Cannot open table vicorpsforum/ibf_core_log from the internal data dictionary of InnoDB though the .frm file for the table exists. 

I can't obtain help from tech support because even though I have been a client for 12 years, they no longer support Windows, so they were unwilling to help me.

You would need to contact your web host and/or server administrator. This is an issue with your MySQL server that they will need to look into and repair.
