Generate too a request thread with title like: Invoice # is generated by your purchase 2. This thread should be appear in the support area of the customer (xxx.com/support), and at the sametime sending a mail to the customer. 3. Generate too a notification (in the Notifications) about the invoice # thread is created in the support area This workground create a fluid process of "Purchase/Shipment/After sell service" and very teamwork control to give and keep support communication to customer Right now there any solution that help me achieve this request?
