Setting up duplicate test forum

I've searched but can't find a topic on how to do this. 

I'd like to test 4.5, is there an easy/quick way to set up a duplicate of my forum to install it on?

Yea I am dreading updating to 4.5 lol, but this could be useful. I wrote about it here and there were some suggestions:

Your IPS License allows for 2 installs, 1 live install open to the public and 1 test install open only to you and those you allow to help / work on that test install.
