This option is not available for YouTube field. Why? Edit: Display custom format option is also not available. Due to these two "non-features" is the usage of the field is not very sane. It can likely be done playing with the record templates, but it's probably easier to get something usable by using a text field and adding a little custom HTML in the field display options.
