Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Nate Sheets Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 I have a subscription package I would like to add current clients to which will not have a cost. However, I noticed when I was playing around with signing up, all subscription options I have pop up. I don't want anyone to even see that package. Is there a way to set who can see individual subscriptions? Am I going about doing this wrong? Thank you so much!
opentype Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 I understand what you want, but not why you want it. Subscribing is by definition something the subscribers do themselves. If you want to give certain users “something” (like additional permission) that would be be done through member groups.
Nate Sheets Posted June 15, 2020 Author Posted June 15, 2020 Yes, just seeing your response and rethinking everything that is absolutely the issue. I need to generate a code that allows them to register and assign them to a group, not send them to a subscription package. This is very confusing, but I am getting the hang of it! Thank you!
