Can't save certain options in admin panel

Hey there, quick question.

I am having a little trouble in my admin panel. 

There are several instances where I try to save settings by disabling a certain option that is swatched on, yet when I save and go back... it's enabled again. 

Is it application/plugin-related? Or perhaps a cache setting? Or a bug?

If it is happening only for those apps, I would say that this is application/plugin-related. I can not be a bug with the software.
