Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
SecondSight Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 Hello, 🙂 This morning, when I got into the APC, I saw an error message about caching. Here are two screenshots : What can be the reason for this message, in your opinion ? Thank you. 🙂
SecondSight Posted February 16, 2020 Author Posted February 16, 2020 I don't know what's going on. My web site is down... I went to the ACP, and ran the support tool but it got worse. Now, I get a blank page with this message : [[Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] What can I do to fix this ? Thank you. 🙂
Adriano Faria Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 See Doing this you will be able to login in your ACP then you take a look in logs to see what’s in the logs.
SecondSight Posted February 16, 2020 Author Posted February 16, 2020 Thank you. 🙂 I managed to connect to the ACP but it's mainly a blank page, with this message in a box : Quote IPS\File\Exception: CANNOT_MAKE_DIR (6) #0 /home/forums/public_html/system/File/FileSystem.php(306): IPS\File\_FileSystem->getFolder() #1 /home/forums/public_html/system/File/File.php(320): IPS\File\_FileSystem->save() #2 /home/forums/public_html/system/Theme/Theme.php(5116): IPS\_File::create('core_Theme', '3ba4fd28c064b4f...', ' .ipsBadge{padd...', 'css_built_7') #3 /home/forums/public_html/system/Theme/Theme.php(2488): IPS\_Theme::writeCss(Array) #4 /home/forums/public_html/system/Theme/Theme.php(608): IPS\_Theme->compileCss('core', 'admin', 'core', 'core.css') #5 /home/forums/public_html/system/Dispatcher/Admin.php(99): IPS\_Theme->css('core.css', 'core', 'admin') #6 /home/forums/public_html/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(109): IPS\Dispatcher\_Admin->init() #7 /home/forums/public_html/admindir/index.php(14): IPS\_Dispatcher::i() #8 {main} All links don't work in the ACP. I get a message saying there is a server or configuration error... The error number is : EX6
Adriano Faria Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 Probably a CHMOD error. I would submit a ticket as your site is down. They should take a look yet today.
SecondSight Posted February 16, 2020 Author Posted February 16, 2020 Yes, I've already created a support ticket and I'm waiting for an answer... 🙂 What's strange to me is that at the same time, the FTP access to my web site no longer worked... It has been fixed, but I wonder if it has something to do with my problem... 3 hours ago, Adriano Faria said: Probably a CHMOD error. Adriano Faria Posted February 16, 2020 Posted February 16, 2020 Not sure if still exists the “emergency” (or something) checkbox when submitting ticket.
SecondSight Posted February 18, 2020 Author Posted February 18, 2020 Support gave me a clue and I found out this problem was caused by my hard drive was full... I don't know why my backup files had not been automatically deleted...
