I don't know what's going on. My web site is down...

I went to the ACP, and ran the support tool but it got worse. Now, I get a blank page with this message : 
[[Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

What can I do to fix this ?

Doing this you will be able to login in your ACP then you take a look in logs to see what’s in the logs.

I managed to connect to the ACP but it's mainly a blank page, with this message in a box :

All links don't work in the ACP. I get a message saying there is a server or configuration error... The error number is : EX6

Probably a CHMOD error. I would submit a ticket as your site is down. They should take a look yet today.

Yes, I've already created a support ticket and I'm waiting for an answer... 🙂

What's strange to me is that at the same time, the FTP access to my web site no longer worked... It has been fixed, but I wonder if it has something to do with my problem...

Not sure if still exists the “emergency” (or something) checkbox when submitting ticket. 

Support gave me a clue and I found out this problem was caused by my hard drive was full... I don't know why my backup files had not been automatically deleted...
