How to force custom reg field with google login?

We have 3 custom mandatory profile fields (Mobile, Location, what bring you here) and we wish to use google login for quick registration, but while doing that these custom profile fields are getting ignored.

How can we implement google login, so people can sign up quickly and once auth is done after the agreeing to terms page these three fields should come before user redirected to home page?

I tried both below options and nothing is working.

New field enforcing working for all old member perfectly fine, but still not enforcing the members who made ID with google sign up.

Any clue, what I am missing here....?

if user goes via google and signs in show get profile field complete message is that the case or our unsure.

Yes if user sign in with google, complete your profile isnt showing to them.

Is there any additional settings I'm missing here to force google sign up user to complete their profile after sign up.
