Help With Pages Field

its suppose to show the PDF embedded like this...

can you tell me why the field is not showing the pdf embedded? what am i missing

When view first link you see no iframe but do on second link you sure added the iframe ?

I have tried listing, processed, raw ect i cannot get the thing to embed

Looks like the permissions on my uploads folder is stopping it, whats the best way to resolve that?

I have CHMOD the file 777 and still get 403 error
