Option to upload files from mobile is unavailable

Hello,

This is quite weird.

No matter which theme I select, the option to select a file and upload it is unavailable from a mobile.

Same user, but on desktop the option is available.

Did 4.4.9 broke this? or I am overlooking something?

Does it disappear when you make the desktop browser window smaller?

In either case, it’s best explored through a support ticket by someone with access to your site.
