Automatically apply "Remove Formatting" upon posting ?

Good day, have been trying to figure this out for a while now.

CKeditor has a "remote format" button that works well when poster applies it manually.

How to make it such that it is applied automatically without having to select it?

If you don’t want people style things in the editor, remove the respective buttons. If you don’t want users to paste styled content, set “Paste Behavior” to “Always paste as plain text” in the editor settings in the ACP.

"remove format" button allows larger fonts (just without the source formatting) still, but changing settings will not allow it.

I don’t understand that reply at all. But in any case: There is no option to achieve what you want. You will have to consider other options, like the ones I mentioned. 
Messing with posts after they were sent is also a questionable idea. After all, users expecting a WYSIWYG behavior, not have stuff changed again after posting.
