What happened to utf8mb4?

I don't appear to have the link in the Support page of the ACP to do the UTF8MB4 conversion, though I have seen this on screenshots of older versions.

That will only show if 'sql_utf8mb4' isn't defined, or set to FALSE,  in your conf_global.php.

Yes, once you've converted to utf8mb4 fully, you won't see the link again.

If you have later added a new table that isn't utf8mb4, you can either edit conf_global.php to get the link to show up again, or you can manually adjust the table in phpmyadmin assuming it's already utf8.
