How can I change an application title?

I'm trying to change the title of my IP.Downloads application to "Premium Members" and I use to know how to do it, but either it's changed or I've been gone for so long I just forgot how to do it. Can anyone help me with that?

You would do it by translating the relevant language strings. There are two ways to go about it:
