Problem with data format in bulk mail.

In Spain, data format is DD/MM/YY

When I use the bulk mail with ACP in english language, If i select, for example:

January 1, 2019 - October 2, 2019 the format is MM/DD/YY

And select 1879 users.

 

When I use the bulk mail with ACP in Spanish language, If i select the same date:

January 1, 2019 - October 2, 2019 the format is DD/MM/YY

But select 385 users.

To be correct I must change 02/10/19 (DD/MM/YY) to 10/02/19 (MM/DD/YY) manually.

 

Obviously, the format in Spanish is misapplied and select users incorrectly

Browser date helpers are based upon your browser language, however on the backend we are expecting the value submitted to be in the format specified by the locale for the language pack you use. In short - you're overriding your browser language when you choose an explicit language pack, and the backend is not aware of that.
