Forcing Mobile Nav for desktop browsers?

Sure. I'm just trying to provide a consistent and streamlined user experience (including the creation of usage/help tutorials for my site) and hate having to double-up on everything for both styles of interfaces.

Right ok issue is would need to change way templates and css loads as this how loads mobile or desktop menu.

Yes it would require you to edit some templates and add CSS too. I can point you in the right direction.

core -> front -> global -> mobileNavBar - remove:

ipsResponsive_hideDesktop ipsResponsive_block

This will show the mobile nav bar on all screen sizes.

You can then see that the desktop header and mobile header are two different blocks completely, so, both will be showing.  Depending on what your vision is you could remove the desktop header bar.

You will need to style the mobile bar for desktop as it won't look right be default.
