What I'm looking for is an application that automate ads on your forums,pages or specific place you can put them. 

So basically a person or company can come to your website,click advertise on website. Select an area and clicks/impressions (defined by packages) add their image and link. Purchase a package and the image would be displayed on the website,they wouldnhave their own control panel to see clicks and impressions and renew if they choose to. 

I've done this on a wordpress site with a paid plugin and it was awesome. If you would like to see what I'm talking about PM me and I will send you a link to a wordpress version.
