if i want to upload a profile photo i get this error :

also i changed befor the error comes to mysql storage sysstem  ( yes i updated constants.php )

Try : Support - Something isn't working correctly

If your issue has no solution, then do it:

Restore Data Storage method -> File System

Sounds like you might have a server configuration issue, but I wouldn't be able to confirm that without looking at your site directly. Be sure your upload_tmp_dir is set correctly in your PHP configuration.
