Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Sonya* Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 We use forums of type "Questions", the answers are rated and the best answers are chosen. The only thing that our users do not need and do not use is votes for the questions themselves. We have over 300 questions and not one of them has votes. It just does not make sense for some of our forums. In the list of questions number of votes 0 for each question looks not good. Like nobody is engaged in the forum: We wish we could switch off votes for questions for some forums but keep votes for answers.
Sonya* Posted May 18, 2019 Author Posted May 18, 2019 The same for your own forum Development Gateway. (Almost) no votes, hence no popular questions for the past month. Looks ridiculous. In case the votes for questions can be disabled, the popular questions tab should show the questions with the most answers.
Maxxius Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 I kind of agree, awaiting how others will reply about this 🙂
Management Matt Posted May 30, 2019 Management Posted May 30, 2019 Fair suggestion, I'll raise internally.
